Chicken Soup: Soups are best choice to warm you in winter. And, for that reason, chicken soup not only helps warm up in cold days, but also that it provides great relief for cold ailments.
As this could be prepared within minutes without the need for longer simmering, its best to use the naturally grown chicken. For a well-balanced food, it’s always best to include veggies along with any non-veg preparation. I have used green peas in this recipe.
250 gms chicken pieces (along with bones)
100 gms fresh green peas
1/2 of big tomato (cut into two)
1/4 of big onion (cut lengthwise)
1 tspn ginger garlic paste
3/4th tspn pepper powder(dry roast pepper corns and coarsely ground it)
1/2 tspn cummin seeds
1/2 tspn fennel seeds
1 dry bayleaf
1/4 tspn turmeric powder
Few coriander leaves
