Beetroot green peas side dish
This has always tasted good and the same everytime I made. The recipe is below for you to try and tell me the feedback
Green Peas : 1 handful
Beet Root: 1 1/2
Onion : 1
Green chilly: 1
Poopy seeds, cummin seeds
salt to taste
1. Heat 4-5 tbl spn oil in a pan , add poppy seeds to splutter and then add cumin seeds.
2. Now add Fine chopped onion, slit green chilly , curry leaves and stir it for a minute. Then add green peas & finely cut beetroot. Add salt to taste.
3. Add 1/4 glass water , close lid and cook in medium to slow flame for 5-7 mins. Stir the vegetable occasionally so it doesnt get overcooked one side.
4. When the beetroot is glassy and water drained completely, the vegetable is ready to be served with the main course.
