Baby Potato Chilli Fry
This is my all time favourite. It taste good with sambar, rasam and curd (or) you could choose to have it as an evening snack. Kids would love it, if you make it with less spice
Ingredients:
1 cup : Baby potato boiled and skin peeled
1 tbl spn: Chilli powder
1/4 tspn : Turmeric powder
1/2 tbl spn: ginger garlic paste
Curry Leaves
salt to taste
Method:
1. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt to boiled baby potato and mix well in a bowl. Keep it aside for 15 mins for the potatos to marinate
2. Heat 4-5 tbl spn oil in a pan and add the marinated potato and stir occasionally
3. Fry in medium flame for 7-10 mins. You could sprinkle water(dont add water) if needed to make the fry easy so you dont get burnt smell.
4. Fry curry leaves in a separate pan. Add fried curry leaves to fried potatos and serve hot
